As the lead agency for this client we work across their retail and intermediary channels, developing campaigns that increase branch footfall, website visits and product sales. We're proud of our ability to create campaigns with fast turnaround, getting Coventry's products to market faster then their competitors - a key advantage in the current market.

We were tasked with finding ways to improve student retention levels across all faculties. An audit of existing comms, together with research and student metrics identified a series of opportunities. We identified ways to improve course take-up, assist in the choice of follow-up courses and identifying groups who might "lapse" from their courses.

We're engaged in building sales across the client's entire product portfolio, from General Insurance to Investment Bonds and Specialist Medical Insurance. Our work encompasses traditional "direct" sales as well as generating leads and appointments for the Wesleyan Sales force. Media includes Press, DM, Events, Digital and Sponsorship.
