We’ve secured Gold status yet again, following our most recent Investors in People (IIP) assessment – cementing our reputation as one of the best organisations to work for.
Following a rigorous reassessment process, we have successfully maintained our Gold status for the third consecutive time, meaning we have held Gold status since 2010, having first been awarded IIP accreditation in 1998.
Our CEO, Dean Lovett, commented
“We are delighted to have been awarded our IIP Gold standard for the third consecutive time. The accreditation places us among the very best employee-focussed businesses in the world across all sectors, and is a true and independent assessment of how we approach the task of developing, retaining and inspiring our talented employees.”
“A lot of hard work goes into ensuring the areas of good practice identified by Investors in People remain on target to deliver the support and structure our employees deserve. Retaining the IIP Gold award is testimony to our ongoing focus on the critical areas that ensure McCann Central remains an attractive, stimulating and rewarding company to work for.”
The IIP assessment, which takes place every three years, looked at many areas of our business and spoke to employees themselves. Its final report highlighted many areas of good practice that sets us apart as an exceptional employer. These include fostering a culture of creativity and high performance, having a nurturing approach to get the best from employees, providing a range of fun staff benefits and rewards, as well as driving a rigorous approach to staff communication and the sharing of information.
We are one of just a handful of agencies to achieve Gold status. It is estimated that just 3% of all companies applying for IIP accreditation worldwide are awarded Gold by the independent IIP body.
