We are McCann Birmingham, an integrated advertising agency and we are recruiting for a Data Planner to work within the Planning department.
The ideal candidate will possess skills and capabilities as a planner who understands how to:
Leverage data to connect with and engage customers
Demonstrate a good understanding of analytics, database management, CRM and marketing automation
Possess a good understanding of various data sources, both customer-related off and online data, along with external profiling and prospect data sources from third party lifestyle and list data companies.
As part of the planning team, you will need to take the data planning lead on a number of client accounts, so you need to be someone who can work with a strategist or planner, as well as being proactive and self-managing, with confidence and experience in the area.
Use of or a good understanding of analytics tools, whilst not essential, would be a distinct advantage for the right candidate.
