DIGITAL MEDIA ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
We have a major digital role become available. We are looking for a Digital Media Account Director to help manage the team, look after some of our largest digital accounts and be influential in growing digital media revenue.
This is an opportunity to hold a senior position at the largest advertising and media agency in the West Midlands and work on exciting clients across sectors including gaming, retail, travel, finance, charity and property.
We have 20 people in the digital media team. It is a close-knit, hardworking team and as a result, we’ve grown exponentially in the last few years. We expect the team to grow further with more new business wins coming through so it will be a very exciting time to join. We deliver all elements of the digital media mix including PPC and SEO.
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious individual who has a true passion for digital and understands the fast paced, multiple client handling aspects of such a role.
Preparing and delivering client strategies, proposals and presentations (usually in Powerpoint)
Managing senior client relationships
Training junior team members and colleagues on digital media
Preparing and delivering new business pitches
Forecasting and revenue management
Ensuring digital best practice is adhered to across the team
Digital media planning and buying across display, mobile, social
In depth understanding of digital media display platforms and emerging opportunities
Sound understanding of paid search and SEO
Capable of overseeing and delivering in depth reporting and analysis
Experience in pitching for new business
Working knowledge of adserving and trafficking processes
Experience in delivering digital brand campaigns and direct response campaigns
Concern for and a superb attention to detail
Ability to work to multiple deadlines and under pressure
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Educated to degree level
A proactive and positive “can do” attitude
