We are looking to recruit a digital media assistant to support our growing team. We are looking for hard-working, ambitious individuals who have a genuine interest in digital media, excellent organisational skills and must be highly proficient in all areas of Microsoft office in particular Excel. Creating weekly reports using Excel pivot tablesAssisting with preparation of PowerPoint presentations Independently carrying out media researchCreating trafficking plans in ExcelMonitoring and reconciling campaigns
Computer literate, i.e. good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel in particular
Strong administrative skills
Concern for and a superb attention to detail
Ability to work to multiple deadlines and under pressure
Ability to prioritise workloads
Good communication skills
Educated to degree level
Pro-activity and the ability to be able to work with the minimum supervision
A proactive and positive “can do” attitude
Previous experience / understanding of digital channels – display advertising, social media, email, PPC etc.
