We are looking for a PPC specialist with a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in an agency environment, managing large Paid Search accounts and optimising campaigns.
You will be responsible for producing Paid Search proposals and PowerPoint presentations for new business, producing audits and regular reports, analysing campaigns and data, optimising campaigns and pro-actively making recommendations to clients.
You will be expected to keep up to date with new developments in Paid Search, whilst actively researching, testing and proposing new approaches to improve campaign performance.
The Paid Search Manager will require a self-motivated attitude, ambition and strong organisational skills. This role offers great potential to succeed and grow in a thriving, highly successful agency.
Planning and implementing strategic PPC campaigns in Google AdWords and Bing Ads
Analysis, optimisation and management of PPC campaigns to ensure optimal performance and efficiencies
Independently learning about new innovations in Paid Search and proactively applying them to campaigns
Creating daily, weekly and monthly reports using Excel pivot tables
Regularly preparing and delivering Paid Search proposals to both existing clients and when pitching for new business (usually in PowerPoint)
Paid Search account audits for new clients
Ensuring Paid Search best practice is adhered to
Working closely with the rest of the media department to produce integrated strategies
Managing client relationships and resolving issues independently
At least 3 years’ experience working in an agency environment on Paid Search primarily
Essential to have a concern for and a superb attention to detail
Experience working with Google Analytics and bid management tools is preferable
Experience managing ecommerce accounts is desirable
Computer literate, i.e. good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel in particular
Ability to work to multiple deadlines and under pressure
Strong relationship builder with team, other departments and external partners
Self-motivated to learn new skills and stay up to date with the industry
A proactive and positive “can do” attitude, flexible and self-driven
Proactive and authoritative speaker at both internal and external (client) meetings
Educated to degree level
