A thirst for knowledge

2020 may have been a challenging year, but that hasn’t stopped 19 members of our team from taking their learning to the next level by tackling new IPA and Facebook qualifications, all whilst still doing their phenomenal day jobs!

We’d like to say a huge well done to all those who have achieved their IPA Advanced Certificate and IPA Digital Performance accreditation as well as those who have received Facebook’s ‘Creative and Strategy’ award.

Here at McCann Birmingham, we’re passionate about creating an environment that allows people to fulfil their potential. We are committed to helping our team to expand their knowledge, experience and opportunities through internal and external workshops, IPA qualifications and an extensive online learning platform. In fact, in 2020 alone, we delivered over 848 hours in masterclasses and courses, offered 85 different workshops and webinars and completed over 2,268 hours of learning.
