McCann Volunteers Head to Tanzania to Inspire Social Change

Once again we are collaborating with Raleigh International to unleash the creative power of the next generation of young leaders and inspire positive change.

The 2019 Out of Office For Good programme offers up the skills and knowledge of a hand-picked team drawn from McCann Worldgroup in the UK – including our very own Poppy Simpson – to work alongside members of the Raleigh Tanzanian Youth Society.

Developed in 2018, the initiative is a great opportunity for our people to share their creative and business expertise to equip young people with the skills and thinking to help them become long-term enablers and drivers of positive and sustainable change. This year, our team of 11 volunteers, including account manager Poppy Simpson from McCann Demand, will help young Tanzanians address the issues their communities face at a national level.

The skill-based volunteering takes place 18 to 31 August 2019. We will be following the OOOFG Champions’ experiences in Tanzania so be sure to look out for updates.
