We were thrilled to welcome the brilliant Sally Penni MBE, leading barrister, author and CEO of Women in Law to our Cultural Conversations series.

Sally helped us to explore cultural barriers, the importance of allyship and how to stay resilient. Full of enlightening insight, she openly shared her experiences, wisdom and advice to help us all gain a better understanding of different groups, cultures and religions.

We look forward to the next ‘Cultural Conversations’ event. Led by our Inclusivity Council, the series is designed to help us to educate ourselves, take time to reflect and ultimately make a conscious change where needed.
