Wellbeing, Wealth & Wisdom – McCann gives a BOOST to employees

Recent visitors to our offices may have seen a spot of lunchtime yoga, sensory art classes, or a masterclass in full swing – all part of the launch of our enhanced benefits programme, BOOST.
As part of our commitment to continue making McCann a great place to work, we have recently launched the initiative to bring all of the company’s benefits together – and over the past few weeks have been communicating them to our growing network of more than 500 McCann Central employees across Birmingham, Bristol, Milton Keynes and London.
John Sanders, Chief Operating Officer McCann Central said: “We want to be able to positively contribute to our employees’ lives in three key areas – wellbeing, wealth and wisdom. That’s why we have grouped the benefits under three main headings.”
Wellbeing is all about the things that area good for us mentally and physically. For example, we have increased holiday allowance up to 35 days, launched mental and physical Boost sessions, as well as offering free fruit and breakfast throughout the week.
Wealth is the programmes, incentives and remuneration packages that allow all our employees to share in the success of the agency - including financial rewards for pitches and creative award wins, annual performance bonuses and improved maternity/paternity pay.
Finally, Wisdom is all about personal development, providing employees with the experience and opportunities to maximise their potential, from IPA qualifications to leadership programmes, online learning tools as well as coaching and mentoring.
John added: “We continue to invest heavily in making McCann Central a great place to work, somewhere we can all thrive, whatever stage of our lives or careers we are at.”
