Golden Years

Following an Investors in People (IiP) assessment, McCann Central has secured Gold status yet again, cementing its reputation as one of the very best organisations to work for.

After a rigorous reassessment process, the agency successfully maintained Gold status for the third consecutive time, meaning it has held Gold since 2010, having first been awarded IiP accreditation in 1998.

Dean Lovett, CEO at McCann Central, said: “We are delighted to have been awarded the IiP Gold standard for the third consecutive time. The accreditation places us among the very best employee-focussed businesses in the world across all sectors, and is a true and independent assessment of how we approach the task of developing, keeping and inspiring our talented employees. “Retaining the IiP Gold award is testimony to our ongoing focus on the critical areas that ensure McCann Central remains an attractive, stimulating and rewarding company to work for. A very small percentage of companies applying for accreditation worldwide are awarded Gold by the independent IiP body, making this an achievement of which we are all very proud.”

The IiP final report highlighted many areas of good practice that sets McCann Central apart as an exceptional employer. These include fostering a culture of creativity and high performance, having a nurturing approach to get the best from employees, providing a range of fun staff benefits and rewards, as well as driving a rigorous approach to staff communication and the sharing of information.
