Lucy Hudson wins at Women of the Future Awards

Lucy Hudson, Managing Director at McCann Birmingham, has won ‘Mentor of the Year’ at the 2024 Women of the Future Awards.

The UK awards shine a light on trailblazing women working in all fields who have been instrumental in challenging gender stereotypes, empowering new generations, and elevating talent.

Lucy drives impactful change through her commitment to inclusivity and has been at the forefront of developing initiatives that address challenges women face at work. This includes co-founding McCann Central’s Margot Collective, an insight-driven female consulting team that harnesses the power of female talent to create meaningful, resonant work that speaks authentically to real women. Drawing from personal experience, Lucy also empowers colleagues to overcome obstacles and reach their full potential.

The win follows Lucy’s inclusion in the Women in Leadership Power List earlier this year.
