Vauxhall Launches New Vivaro with Great Britvan Campaign

Vauxhall Motors has unveiled its campaign to launch the all-new Vauxhall Vivaro, with an ode to the great British van driver. ‘Great Britvan’ is a fully integrated campaign created by our colleagues in Velocity, the dedicated and specialist agency created for Vauxhall Motors by McCann Worldgroup.

Vauxhall, which is the only manufacturer to make a van exclusively in Britain and for the British market, celebrates the drivers who put their hardest graft into keeping the country ticking in the heart-warming TV ad. Taking rousing language from some Great Britons including Churchill, Shakespeare and Kipling, the language has been repurposed into a passionate ode to the great British van driver. Stephen Norman, Vauxhall’s Group Managing Director, said: “The all-new Vivaro has been developed to be the essential tool in helping British businesses get the job done thanks to its class-leading credentials. “We didn’t want the launch campaign to just be about the van, however. Great Britvan is about celebrating the hard-working men and women who go out at all hours of the day, all over the map, to make modern Britain tick.” The all-new Vauxhall Vivaro boasts class leading fuel economy and payload capacity, making it the leanest and cleanest Vauxhall Vivaro to date. The integrated campaign comprises TV, VOD, radio, out-of-home, press, digital and social activity and will run until 1st October.
