Here at McCann Birmingham we’re committed to a more Diverse and Inclusive future, which is why we are proud to be supporting the All In initiative. Over the past week, our team has been joining the IPA, AA, and ISBA industry bodies to complete the first fully confidential and aggregated industry census to help build a better, more inclusive advertising and marketing industry.

This data will provide vital information to help us celebrate, support, nurture and grow the diversity of our business – essentially to change tomorrow for the better. It’s only by knowing where we are today, that we can understand and overcome the challenges of the future.
